Heating Problem

My Heating unit is on and the furnace seems to be blowing but no warm air is coming up. The thermostat is set at 68 andand the current temp in the house is 61.
Any ideas on what to check for before I need to call the repair guy?

Question heat

It would help a lot if we new what kind of heat this is. It could be a fireplace and you have to just put some more logs in it. ED
