Cold bedroom over garage

We have a bedroom above the garage that gets extremely cold. There is insulation in the floor between the room and the garage. Three walls of the bedroom are outside walls. There are two large vents in the room as well. When the rest of the house is at 67 degrees, this room is in the mid 50's at best.

Any thoughts on things to do to fix the climate?

mark,

have seen this too much in brand new homes. being above the garage will definately make a temp difference, regardless of the insulation. i would recommend increasing the airflow to this room by repositioning the duct takeoff or increasing the size of the pipe.
