Heater Ignition Problem

Heater fan runs but igniter doesn't lite or glow.
Fan will run forever until I turn thermostat down.
Blower is not running at all as it doesn't run unless there is ignition.
How can I tell if the igniter is bad?
I bypassed the vent pressure switch by sucking into the hose myself.
I disconnected the sensor lead to the module but still did not ignite the pilot light.
Could it be the roll -out switch?
HELP!!!!!!!!

You'll need to ohm out the ignitor with a meter.
