radiant heating

I would like to put radiant heating in a room that is 12X20, and has about a 4 - 5 foot crawl space. There are radiant heating companies that sell the kits for Do It Yourselfers, is it really something a homeowner can do? I want to put it under the floor through the joists. There will be tile on the finished floor.

Thanks in Advance-- Jeff
