Blower fan running - no heat, no cool?

We have a Coleman/Evcon electric furnace and a/c unit. We replaced the fan blower motor relay and the breakers. The unit will blow air but will not heat or cool. The outside unit blades do not run. The inside heater does not heat.
Any suggestions as to what else we can try?

No Heat or cool

I would ring out the transformer first and see if you have power there. If you turn the blower on from the tstat ok. I would look at the tstat tie in there at the blower coil unit for the heat and cool. You did put in the right breakers? Is there power to the out side unit for sure? Like i said lets ring this out and see whats what. ED

Heating/AC Problems

I would like to Thank the experts on this website for the invaluable tips. I had a problem with my A/C and Heating not working. Many thanks to do it yourself experts and my local electrical shop for giving me the insight I needed, the problem was a faulty or bad transformer. Thanks for saving me and my family money and time, plus having a cooler summer ahead. Great Job Guys
