air flow

Last year I had my system charged. Inside coil was freezing-up.
Current problem is in output at vent.
1- Air is cold.
2- Air flow seems to be restricted, but no freezing etc...

My question is this.
Where should I start checking?

****I have already checked the inside coil and replaaced the filter.

Some of the vents are not emitting as much volume of air as they should.
True, I have not measured the volume, but when the fan is engaged some vents have a lot of air and some you barely feel.
