Unhappy Heat when A/C not blowing

We have an electric heat pump. Now that the weather is warm, we set the heat setting down as far as possible (55), and the cool setting at about 75. Our problem is that when it is not blowing the cool air, a little bit of hot air is coming through the vents, most noticibly one one side of the house. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks for the help!

Question More info please.

Touchdown:

Could be a bad reversing valve, bad relay, faulty emergency heat strips if you have them...................

You havn't given us anything to go on if you want some advice on locating the problem.

Also take the temperature of the air as it's coming out of the register, preferibly close to the furnace, throughout the cycle.
