Problem with Contactor on Bryant 561CJ036-E

I have a Bryant 561CJ036-E [ 561CJX036000AEAA ] air conditioner. I need to replace contactor on this unit.
Model# on contactor seems like HN51K3024B [ It's not exactly clear].
Can someone tell me what's the part# for this contactor and where can I buy it.
Also, do I need to take any extra care while replacing this part other than putting back the wires from where I take them off.

Thanks for your help.

Contactor

Don't sweat it. All you need to do is gather some general information to replace it with another of equal specs... Namely;
a.) The amperage rating (not the resistance rating) ie. 30 amp
b.) the number of poles-this is the number of switch legs it makes, usually 2 or 3
c.) The coil voltage rating, this is usually 24VAC (control voltage)
thats all.
