Question Floor register help needed

I've recently remodeled a bathroom and the register is located on the floor directly against the wall. The opening is 3 1/4" x 14" and the problem is that a standard 4x14 register won't fit properly because of the wall (and floor board trim). If it was possible to take a standard register and somehow cut off one side completely that would be great.....but would look like crap. Are there any off-size registers out there? I hope this explanation makes sense.....if not, I can give more detail.

If you look around there is whats called a baseboard register. this could fit. it goes against the baseboard and over the outlet hole. Or block off 1" of it and get a 2X14 floor register. A 4" X 14" for a bath boy thats got to be a big bath. ED
