Going to put in a 220 circuit breaker box in does any one know if 02 or 03 wire a requirement going to the out side line or either one will work just fine.

Are you talking about a 200A panel and a 150A panel and you're asking about the feeder gauge? No AC that I've seen required a 150A circuit.
If this is a subpanel you'll need to run a 4 wire feeder (2 hot/neutral/ground).
If this is a subpanel you'll need to run a 4 wire feeder (2 hot/neutral/ground).

Mmmmm now is that 02 and 03 wire in Just TW for a 60C rating or THW, RHW for a75C rating or a SE-U & SE-SER , RHH for a 90C rating .Also is that copper or alum.? So you see there is a lot to look at .
