Question Floor shakes and rumbles

Our Bard furnace unit in the basement (6 yrs. old) is extremely noisy and the floor above it (upstairs) vibrates when the central air is on. I'm guessing when winter comes this will also happen. The central air unit outside seems to be as noisy as others I've heard. Is something "off balance" with the blower motor or fan? Last year we had to replace the blower motor (during summer) and it seems the thing has never quite sounded the same. This summer it has progressively gotten noisier. Any suggestions?

blower

You could turn the power off and check the blower wheel or the so called fan blades on both sides and see if there is anything in it.Or if all the blades are clean . The wheel tight on the motor. ED

Like Ed says check the inside of the blower wheel I've pulled many critters out of them and even a small field mouse will throw it off balance enough to make a lot of racket.
