Question one room no heat/air flow

Have a 30yr old two story, three bedroom townhouse. All hvac stuff in attic. One bedroom never seems to get any heat or a/c at all. Have had the ducts cleaned. The filter is changed regularly.

A couple of my neighbors say they have the same problem. Any ideas what could be wrong? We are stumped.

Thanks, anyone who can help.

A/C

Have you looked at the runs up there in the attic? I have had times when the duct board duct work has come apart and just blowes in the attic. Or could be the duct job was not layed out right to start with. ED

my 2 cents

look for a closed damper, broken or disconnected duct or possibly a bad place on the duct airflow wise for a take off to that room. is this bedroom on the second floor? if not, could be a problem in the wall coming down or across the first floor cieling.
