Hi:
I have forced hot water heating system with gas fired furnace. The hot water goes through four rooms. It works fine in the first room, and the pipes seems hot. In other three rooms, the water radiator pipes are cold. What could be the problem, and possible solution?

Hi SP

Without knowing how your system operates specically, here are a few things to check:

Check the valves at the other hot water heaters in the cold rooms. They may be closed.

The wires may not be connected to the valves and it may also be no current is getting to those solenoids.

Each room may have it's own T-Stat. Check for current at those and again at each valve.

May also be a routing valve that is defective or inoperative, sending the hot water back to the furnace.

These are just a few of several things to check. You may need a service technician.

Good Luck.
