As it gets colder outside so does my house.
I have hot Water baseboard heat.
It will not stay warm enough inside. My boiler is on for 5 min off for 5 min, trying to heat house up. All pipes are hot. There is no air in my lines. I have changed fuel filter, nozzel and cleaned boiler out. The draft is good and there is no smoke. I am burning more fuel then I should be. I have changed T-stat. that did not help at all. I din't have any problems before. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Hello: ckeery

From your discription I would suspect your bolier is cycling itself off on the high limit switch.

What this means is, and you correctly state, there isn't any heat being removed from the water, so the bolier shuts off to prevent overheating the water an causing damage.

How to locate the problem should be left up to a service technician if your sure all the valves are opened and all else appears normal.

Good Luck
