My blower does not come on even when I turn my thermostat to the fan on position. I am thinking that maybe the motor is bad, but the furnace is 2 years old. It is a York downflowing system. The blower does not come on in the cool or the heat mode. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bad blower relay on the PCBoard. Or a bad start capacitor on the blower motor or an open start winding. You need to trace electric circuit to see where problem lies. If you can not read an electric schematic then get someone who can. Otherwise you can spend a small fortune changing parts that don't need changing or harm yourself sticking probes into live circuits. Also the unit may still be under warranty for the parts needed so check that. Many manufacturers will not readily honor warranties if a licensed technician is not involved.
