Question What size unit?

I am about to begin planning a renovation of a old building. Although I will be contracting code required items I need to make some decisions.

My question is: How do you calculate the size HVAC sys for a building? Number of vents? The unit will be gas heat and electric AC.

Thanks,
Mechrus

You can try www.hvac-calc.com/main.asp

I believe the free trial will let you use it once. Otherwise you have to pay for it.
