Vermont Castings/Jotul Gas Stoves

Does anyone have any experience with these gas stoves?

I'm looking to replace my old existing WarmManning direct vent gas stove in my living room with one of these brands.

They look like a real fire burning inside. They're pretty expensive but they look beautiful and seem energy efficient.

Thanks.

Hello: hking44

I found your question located in the fireplace topic. I noticed the question titled as stoves. I changed the title to it's present title to more accurately reflect the nature of the question.

Stoves indicates a cooking appliance found in a kitchen. The appliance is a heating appliance used for room heating and is installed into a fireplace.

Since the appliance is used for heating and not cooking, I moved the question into this heating and cooling topic. The professionals in this topic can best answer your question.
