Have pilot, no burner jets

I have a carrier weathermaker SX, the pilot ignites fine. All sequence of events seem to be working. Checked voltages at gas valve, getting 27 volts at "pick" when pilots lites, also getting 27 volts at "hold". Is the "hold" the valve for gas to the jets. I'm believe I have a bad valve, but am looking for further agreements.

This sounds like a Robertshaw module and gas valve. Do you have yellow, blue and purple wires for the pick & hold coils? You should also have two terminals on the gas valve marked TH and TR. Do you have 24 volts at these terminals? They are the main diaphragm valve. If so, then you have a bad gas valve. If not, see if you can find the model # on the module. I have some troubleshooting charts for Robertshaw. Thanks. John.
