Cold 2nd floor

This may be a really dumb question, but the 2nd floor of my condo is really cold. My furnace is in the basement, and the 1st floor gets nice and warm, but I don't think enough air is reaching the 2nd floor to get it to the same temp. Plus the fact that my ceilings are vaulted on the 2nd floor, which makes the rooms even harder to cool. Any ideas on how I might get more heat up there? I have already checked all the vents to make sure they are open. Thanks

Usually the 2nd floor isn't a problem since heat rises. But anyway try dampering down the 1st floor vents some to send more to the upstairs. Are there any cold air returns on the 2nd floor?

Exclamation Duct size

Like Matt said play around with the registers on the first floor and close them down a little. Also you can turn the Fan on and let it run. This helps a lot

Yes, there is a cold air return in each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor. I'll try the fan thing, since I have pretty much closed all the 1st floor vents already. Thanks guys.
