central heat unit inside wont cutoff

I have a Kenmore heat pump. My air works fine, but my inside unit on heat won't cutoff. I have to turn the thermostat to cold in order for it to shut off.

Have your heat pump checked. The heat pump is your 1st stage heat and it is unable to satisfy the call for heat.

furnace shuts off

I have a fairly new empire wall furnace and after it heats up it shuts its Safety switch off. I installed all vents properly I even left a 2" hole undernieth furnace so it can suck in outside air?

bult new home last year put in a closed loop water jet furnace we love it how ever the home is so tight that we get water on the inside of widows when it get 30 deg or lower the installer wants to put a electonic air makeup unit in for $2000 and won't garuntee it will work any suggestion please help
