how to clear oil furnace fuel line easily?

The problem ==> the fuel line that leads to the oil furnace gets clogged...this causes the heat to go off until the repair man comes in to clear it...usually happens 2-3 times/year

are there any tools I can buy to clear the line myself....

Not a quick fix. Have your oil tank cleaned, it probably has alot of sludge, replace the oil line(s), filters and screens. It is much more expensive than the quick fix, but service call charges and the inconveniance, lose of work two or three times a year will stop for a clogged oil line.
