High pressure tune up

We go through this every year....it's time to call someone out to clean & service our old oil furnace and it's become a real ordeal since everyone who comes out tries to sell us a new heating system. In some cases we've been flat out lied to about the condition of our furnace in an effort to scare us into replacing it. For the last few years I've felt the need to stay in the basement with the service people to insure that none of them actually sabotaged the furnace! This is a ridiculous situation and I just don't want to have to deal with it any more so could someone tell me where I can buy the necessary tools, like a CO2 indicator, draft guage, etc., to tune the furnace myself?
Sorry, I'm sure that there are a lot of reputable people out there in the heating business but we've tried just about every company in our area & haven't been happy with any of them.

Wink

Better look at the cost first If you can buy from them Grainger and then Johnstone Supply have them.

Take and go here might help. Dont forget a pump psi gauge.
