Need more info here. What is the blower control now,a fan limit control?? On some of them they have a switch right on them to turn the fan on. or you can add a relay on the blower control and run a wire to the tstat to G for a for on at it. What do you have now ????

Is that a fan limit control if so ,it can have the switch right on it if not . You can wire in a switch to turn the fan on there if you want. "IF you know electric "

You need to get a third wire to the thermostat location and install a fan center relay on the furnace. Many furnaces come with the fan center already installed so you will need to study what you have before going out to buy more parts.
