low voltage problem on furnace controls

I just replaced the fan limit unit (Honeywell) for a gas furnace. Forgot to remove the brass cross connector and turned the unit on...went click and quick....what did I damage? The ignition module which which is a 24v 60hz unit? Is there a magic reset for this problem? House fuse is ok...

You probably just blew a fuse. Check for 24V on the secondary side of the transformer.
