New Goodman Furnace Gurgles

Hi Guys. I recently installed a new GMNTE60 furnace from Goodman. I hooked up all the drain lines as shown in the install manual, and there is a good flow of water coming out of the furnace into the condensate pump as it runs.

My problem though, is that it makes a gurgling sound throughout the house and especially in the exhaust vent when it runs. To me it sounds like a puddle of water is trapped somewhere inside the furnace or exhaust pipe.

I'm concerned about rusting a hole in my new furnace if water is trapped in the wrong spot.

Ideas and opinions please.

Thanks.

-Tom

Is the flue pitched toward the furnace? and do you have a trap in the condensate line?
