furnace blowing cool air

when i turn my furance on this year the air that is coming out was on the cold side. It ignites and starts but the air is not hot. i was told by a heating a cooling guy that there was probabley a spider web in there, therfor not getting enough gas in the furance to heat the air. can i fix this problem by myself of do i need someone to come take care of this. Thank you for all your help

Do you know for a fact that the burners are firing up?

When was your last time for a good cleaning/tune up on it?

With high gas price, may not hurt to have a tune/cleaning done on it.

the burners are igniting . when you look in the little window you can see it glow red until it ignites and then you see a big blue flame. we just bought this mobile home in january. i am not really sure the last time it was cleaned. i do know that it is only a couple years since this furance was put in. if i had it cleaned would this help my problem?

What are your temps outside??

have you looked under the home to see if the ductwork are exposed?

Are the air temp all the same coming out all the vents (both end of the home)?

yes the same air is coming out of all of my vents. Temps are in the 30's-40's at night outside.

Did you look under the home to see if the inslation is still there?? I've seen one home, everything was gone! Duct exposed to the cold air outside.
