Furnace doesn't ignite

I don't know about Ravi and all his issues, but I do know about G20's. The green LED is only on when the t-stat calls for heat and power goes through the limits to the ignition control board. You have a Johnson control board blue in color. Check for voltage at the pv terminal on the board. (PV stands for pilot valve.) More than likely you don't have spark going to the pilot or is very weak spark. If you have voltage at the pv terminal 24vts to ground. check to see if you can see or hear a spark at the pilot. You probably don't, but if you do turn off power pull the pilot and clean it. The pilot will have a flame sensor attached to it make sure you clean that as well. Reinstall and try operating it, but chances are you won't have a spark and the ignition control is bad.
