honeywell 8000 setup

I understand about the cycles per hour setup choices, but there is also a setup for each heating and cooling concerning the "aggressiveness" of the temperature control. How does this relate to the cycles per hour. It would seem that they are similar in that fewer cycles per hour would dictate greater temp variability and hence greater under/overshoots. What do you set the agressiveness for and does it affect the cycles per hour or visa versa? Thank you.

I have never made changes on this settings on mine or others.. As it says in the set up, it may over/under shoot the temp...

I leave mine as it is. and the temp stays dead on 68.. only drops if the temp has been lowered at night.

I have thought abotu chaning that. but just never got around to it.
