Furnace Filter???

My instruction manual says to replace my filter in my furnace/ac that is located inside the until...but it doesn't tell me where. I have looked and can't find one. I have a filter outside that unit that is in the vent that I replace every 3 months....is there really another filter somewhere in my unit that I can't find. I have a Consolidated Industries Furnace #MBA100NH4R.
If anyone has any idea....please help.

Where is your furnace at now?? Not easy to get at area?

Most furnace here that has basements has the filter in it or right next to it.. Where area where the furnace are up in the attic, the filter is in the return grill.
