Have a 6yr old Bryant furnace that has developed a very annoying squeal during the end of it's cycle (when the motor is slowing down).
Reason I've diagnosed that as the issue is due to the noise being generated while the main blower is still running at full speed but the inducer motor has shut off and slowing down.
Is this a difficult part to replace or do I need to have a HVAC person install it?
Thanks for your help.

Inducer motor
Look the motor over carefully, some have oil ports & a drop or two of good electric motor oil often works wonders. I'm not real familiar with Brant equipment but most motors are fairly easy to replace.
