Question Ac Compressor Running, Blower Not

I just moved to a 1950s house that has central heat/AC.

The AC unit is in the backyard, and the furnace/blower is in the hallway as well as the squerish brown color thermostat(not digital)

Last night I set the thermostat to 70 degree & switch it to "cool". It worked as expected.

This morning, there is no air blowing, however the AC compressor was still running.
I belief, both AC compressor & the blower should stop when it has reached the set temperature.

Is there any incorrect set-up or something wrong with my unit?

Thanks,

MIke in Los Angeles

Condenser running but no blower

Had the fan stopped or was it running but not blowing air out the registers? Was there ice on the copper lines?
