Attic Fan lockout relay with Furnace

Attic Fan lockout relay with Furnace
I'm installing a powered attic fan and the directions state that I should have a lockout relay installed so the fan cannot run while my furnace is running (the fan only needs to be disabled during furnace operation, not A/C operation). How would I set this up and where can I get this type of relay?
I was originally thinking of just wiring a switch into the fan and turning it off when I switch my thermostat over to HEAT, but I wouldn't mind making a little more robust install.

You don't need any kind of control other that setting the thermostat for the attic fan so the fan won't come on until the attic temperature reaches ±105º. This should never happen during the heating season.
