oil furnace wont keep running

My Armstrong fuel oil furnace runs for 10 minutes and shuts off however the blower fan continues to run. The blower wont stop unless power is switched off. Furnace won't restart by the reset button unless power is left turned off for 1 hour or more. The fan center was replaced over the summer because the air conditioner would not turn on after a power outage in our area. One other clue is for a while I could start the furnace only by using the reset button but it got to the point where it would make a continuous buzzing noise until power was shut off.
Furnace model L6B85/95C12-5A

Any ideas as to the problem? Is it possible the wrong fan center was installed? Fan center part number installed was a White-Rogers #90-118E,uses a relay which is SPNO/SPNC.

That model number looks strange for some reason. What configuration is the furnace? {Upflow (fan at the bottom), downflow (fan at the top), or horizontal}.
A lot of Armstrongs use a fan/limit with a heater in it to bring on the fan sooner than it would normally come on just by heat generated by the burner. This fan/limit will cause the fan to stay on as long as there is a call for heat from the thermostat. It is easiest identified by two small wires between the bottom line voltage connections on the fan/limit.
