This is a repost. I originally listed as an oil furnace but it is a propane gas furnace. Figured wrong listing was not getting any looks from those knowledgeable with gas furnaces.
I have a Comfortmaker Model GUH125H020IN furnace that will ignite (90% of the time) when first energized and then the draft motor will run (non-stop) but no ignition after that. If you turn off the power or reset the thermostat it will ignite just as stated above. I have replaced the ignitor and the probe but to no avail. I do notice on the control module, that when ignition does not occur, the lower right red LED is blinking continuously. I live in WV and it is now COLD in the house. Any help or suggestions as to what I should replace and where to obtain replacement parts would be greatly appreciated. A neighbor suggested the control module.
Thanks

Here is the latest info on my furnace. Hope someone can help.
Comfortmaker Model # GUH125A020IN
Serial # R913400071
Module
White Roberts Div.
Emerson Electric Co.
When unit first calls for heat the blower motor starts and then the ignitor glows. The gas valve then releases gas and burners ignite. When temperature gets to point that main blower starts blowing air the burners go out. As the blower continues and the temperature reduces the unit energizes the ignitor. The gas valve then allows gas and the burners ignite. As soon as the ignitor stops glowing the burners turn off. This cycle is repeated constantly without ever getting full burn time again.
I also just replaced the flame sensor in case that was the problem. Apparently not.

Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger MIGHT be under warranty. If it is, you would be liable for the cost of shipping & labor to replace it. If not under warranty, it would probably be better to replace the furnace than the heat exchanger. On some models, the manufacturer will offer the cost of a heat exchanger toward a new furnace.
