New Carrier furnace made whistling sound last night

Just had a new Carrier furnace, Model 58STA, along with a new a/c system with dual zoning system & mylar ducting installed a couple weeks ago and used it again last night for our Southern California "chilly" weather of late (40 degrees at night, brrrr. ;-)). Anyway, my dear insomnia-afflicted hubby says a whistling sound coming from our attic's furnace near our upstairs bedroom woke him up late last night. (I didn't hear a thing, but I'm a heavier sleeper than he is.) Anyway, anyone have any idea what could be causing the whistling? It's the first time he's heard the whistling sound, by the way. Appreciate any help on this.

If you need additional info to help you try to figure out what the problem may be, let me know. I'll answer as much as I can.

Thanks!

Depending upon what is causing the noise, could be: Was a gas flex connector used to connect gas line to furnace? If undersized will whistle or is it an air noise. Either way 2 weeks old, call the installer
