help wiring a 400 aprilaire to a armstrong ultra sx80

I replaced an Aprilaire 445 humidifier with an Aprilaire 400 to my armstrong ultra sx 80 furnace- the old humidifier was just plugged into an oultlet on the side of the furnace-- the outlet was always live so the unit burned out prematurely. The new unit tells me to connect the Humidistat to the furnace controls- I see a place on the board by the blower but I am not sure if this is the correct spot- The tabs sticking out look like they art 115v. - The alternate is to install an pcp50 relay- but I do not know where this would connect to

help

Do you know this 120v tab is for humidifer or EAC?

If yes, then tie the transfromer to this.

I have both tabs- HUM N a HUM and EAC N and an EAC- Do I rewire the transformer to the tabs -- The Aprilaire 400 is only low voltage--
The Common form the flan blower is right next to these on the wiring board
Am I better off getting a A 50 relay?

Have you tried both EAC and HUM?

EAC will have power anytimeithe blower is running..

HUM will have power when there call for heat.

Get a meter and see if you are getting power.
