I thought by now all the Air Ease furnaces were replaced by now, but since I'm wrong... Does your motor spin freely or does it hardly spin? It should spin freely. Sounds like the motor is bad if you have 110vts to the motor just replace the motor. Although, with the age and effiecency(I'm glad my spelling teacher isn't reading this) you might want consider replacing the furnace.
