Goodman Furnace Issue

Im having an issue with a furance at a new house. Its a goodman dependable ninty two. The problem Im having is the furnace burners turn on and run for 4-10 seconds and then shut off again. I have let this process cycle like 15 times and no change. I have replaced both the ignitor and the flame sensor and am still having the same issue. Recommendations?

Well, it's usually the lack of proving the flame which is usually caused by a dirty flame sensor. When you installed the new flame rod, did you clean the surface where it mounts? is it close enough to the burner so that it's in the flames? To check it properly the flame current needs to be measured. The flame current is in microamps amd the meter is wired in series with the flame rod and the board to measure it. Goodman has had some issues with their control boards. It's brand new house or new to you? What is the model # of the furnace?
