Squeak Coming from combustion air inducer

Hello,

I am looking for some help to get rid of the squeak coming from my Furnace. I have an Aire Flo 90 Gas furnace and everytime it starts up it squeaks like crazy and then the squeak goes away when it has been running for a while. When I have the cover off it seems to be coming from the combustion air inducer. See photo at the website http://www.lennox.com/pdfs/manuals/L...1%20Manual.pdf

Question: How do I fix this squeak? (i.e. oil something)
Is this a sign something is starting to fail? (Only 3 years old)
Any help would be great!

At 3 years, you should still be under warranty.

Since the draft inducer is the first thing to start on a call for heat, it should be easy to narrow it down. Generally, those motors do not have oil ports. And, yes, it's could be a sign of failure in the near future.

Furnace Shuts Off And Wont Cycle Properly

A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, I WOKE UP AND OUR HOUSE WAS ALMOST 10 DEGREES LOWER THAN WHAT WE HAVE OUR THERMOSTAT SET AT. NOW CONSIDERING I LIVE IN DETROIT AND IT IS WINTER.. THATS A WHOLE LOTTA HEAT LOST THESE COLD DAYS! ANYWAYS, IT SEEMS THAT THE FURNACE ISNT CYCLING PROPERLY. I HAVE TO TURN THE MAIN SWITCH ON AND OFF TO GET IT TO TURN ON, AND SOMETIMES, IT WONT LIGHT. AFTER ABOUT 4 OR 5 TIMES THE FAN WILL JUST TURN OFF. HOWEVER, THERE IS A GREEN FLASHING LIGHT THAT IS FLASHING, SOMETIMES FAST AND SOMETIMES SLOW. How To Tell If Furnace is Correct Size?

I'll start by trying to answer the questions the sticky post said you need before you can help: 1. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico. In the winter, temps can be in the teens. in the summer 100+ is not unheard of. 2. House style and construction details. Pueblo Ranch style made of Concrete Stucco (wood frame) with a "flat roof". ~2400 sq. ft. 3. Make, model and age of equipment related to the problem. Rheem RGPH15EARJR - almost 7 years old. 4. Fuel type. Gas - blown air 5. Water temperature and pressures of boiler systems. N/A 6. What type of zoning do you have with your boiler system. N/A 7. Thermostat type. (Huh?) The house is basically divided into three sections (see floor plan): The master suite section, the living/dining/kitchen section, and the smaller bedrooms and office section. We have always thought it was cold in the master suite suite (on the west side of the house)during the winter. It is furthest from the furnace and has only one door connecting it to the rest of the house. Just stepping thru the door, there is a noticeable temperature difference. During the day I measured 67 degrees in the master while the living area is at 73 degrees. My theory is that this is the result of a poor floor plan design: Master closed off from the rest of the house and far away from the furnace. But, I'd like to know if my furnace might be undersized.
