My tempstar furnace's fan keeps running.

My tempstar furnace's fan keeps running even though I turn off the temperature control to 'off'. It only stops when I remove the front panel right in front of the air filter. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem?

At the thermostat, is the "fan" set to "on" or "auto"? If it's on, change to auto.

That would be cause it has a switch there on the door. Most of the time. Is the filter clean and new . So air gets to the furnace. Does it stop if you take G wire off the tstat? How old is furnace ?? Does it have a board in it ?? a LED light that blinks?? Lots Of IF'S IF'S here

For the last couple days, the pilot was going out on my furnace, it is about 22 yrs old, in a mobile home, although some of it i was attributing to the winds. Well this morning i got up freezing because the pilot had gone out during the night. I went to relight it, got ready and brought son to school, came home to find it was out again. Thank goodness for wood heat for now. But i was nosing around, replaced the thermocoupler because the one that was there was burnt looking. The pilot now has been staying on but now the burner won't liught to start the heating process. It has done a lot of clicking this winter but still worked fine. This morning now it won't even click, although i can hear the current fromt he thermostat tellingi t to run. I have checked to make sure all gas fittings are not leaking, tried resetting the electrical by turnign off furnace, thermostat, even circuit breaker and different combo's there of. there is only a single reset for the furnace, and it has not tripped, checked that even by bypassing it, and still nothing. UPKA-036JAZ Ruud Heat Pump Ruud Silhouette II Furnace Furnace Board 1012 920A Upgrading to a Rite Temp 6030 Thermostat I tried upgrading my T-Stat today and now my heat and a/c doen't work, no power at all. I'm assuming its a fuse but I'm not sure where it is, I see a red wire with a black cylindrical coming out from the Board to a transformer which I think is the fuse. Where is the fuse?
