adjusting furnace flame

I have a Nordyne M1MB077A BW furnace fitted for propane. the control valve is a Robertshaw.
The flame in the furnace is mostly yellow. How do I adjust it so that the flame is blue?

Has it always burned yellow or just started doing it?

Make sure the roof jack is clear, and not blocked. Is the inducer fan running to supply air into the burner box?

Make sure the inducer fan cage is clean.

All above is clear/clean, then will have to remove the brurner, and look for an air shutter, and make sure the opening is clearn.. if you see that the opening is clear, and closed, open it up some more.
