blower motor won't shut off

i have a Goodman furnace Model #GMPN060-3 REV A S/N 9803638933 the blower motor stays running weather it is on A/C or heat it still runs. when t-stat reaches temp heater and A/C turn of motor still runs. looked on the curcuit board and light continually flashes which says (incorrect twinning) or (incorrect Primary polarity) has any one ever experience this or could help?

Does the fan reduce in speed when the compressor goes off? Mine does that, and it keeps the air circulated all the time. Now when the compressor comes on it increases considerably. Have you recently replaced the thermostat, or had work done to the unit or thermostat?

Fan Stays On

This is a common problem with Goodman/Janitrol furnaces of that vintage. There is a strong likelyhood the board is bad.
