Wind blows out pilot light

I have a older Coleman furnance Model 7670C856
We live in Colorado. In a double wide mobile home
When the wind blows hard like over 20 MPH it blows out my pilot light and I cannot get it back on until the wind calms down. This is very hard for us in Colorado because of the cold weather. We have a 36" EXTENTION AND A HIGH WIND CAP but it still happens. Thanks.

Has this always happen since day one, or started doing this with in the last few year?

If it has just started doing it, has the pilot assembly been removed and cleaned? Thermocouple replaced?

How old are we talking about? (Model # could help) If the worst comes to the worst, could upgrade to spark ignitor.
