Lennox pulse 21 furnace
I have a Lennox pulse 21 furnace and ofcourse it's noisy as hell
outside from the exsaust. mine dosn't have any mufflers on the exsaust and i see they cost about $300. bucks to buy
one (If i can find one )
Does anyone know how hard it would be to make one and
how to do it?
It appears to be no more than a larger size PVC pipe and must have some sort of baffles in it. how hard can it be??

You can't make one... I don't recall off hand how it looks likes inside of these, and it has been ages since I seen it.
before you go though all this hassle, I would suggest you to have a Lennox Dealer come out and give the furnace a full inspection,and pressure testing.
Lennox had issues with these heat exchanger and should be tested if it has never been done. Also, some times, bad flappers can lead to a very loud furnace..
