Rheem Criterion II won't ignite

I have a 7 yr old(approx) Rheem Criterion II nat. gas furnace, attic installed with a FAC unit. When turning on the Tstat set to heat, I don't hear the igniter click or any other sounds from the unit. I pulled the cover and after depressing the cover switch the two LED on the circuit board are green and one LED flashes amber then goes out.

I've researched the other posts but am at a loss fo my next troubleshooting step, any ideas would be appreciated.

thanks,

Rev. Reed

Jump the thermostat first at the relay. If that doesn't help, there is a chance that the circuit board is bad.

My Rheem Criterion II furnace had 2 episodes where it wouldn't start when the thermostat was set to heat. I removed the top cover of the furnace & wiggled the 2 wires that go to a black cylindrical unit at the top left. It also has a hose connected to it. Furnace started both times following this procedure.
