Borg Warner gas furnace

My home has a Borg Warner natural gas furnace that is probably 20 - 25+ years old. It seemed to stop putting out heat suddenly.
The pilot light is continuously lit, but the furnace itself won't run/burn for more than minute or two before it stops, despite the raising the thermostat setting, etc.
Our gas stove, water heater, and gas log fireplace still all work fine.
I'm kind of lost about what to do next. I know I'll eventually have to replace the whole thing, but right now I'm lookling for a simple fix.

Is the fan running?

Do you have a meter to check power to the gas valve?
