I have a G60UHV Lennox furnace malfunctioning..I think...

I have a Lennox G60 UHV and It will show the flame icon on the thermostat, but it will not heat and the blower will not come on. I can get it to work for a cycle or two if I power the unit down. When I look at the diagnostic code lights on the unit, they are alternating blinking (which says WATCHGUARD on the sticker). This watchguard gives several possible causes but I do not know how to find out which one is the cause. I thought the main intake filter was clogged but after replacement, it still wont work consistently. OK wait, it just came on. I set the thermostat at 71 and the unit just sat there with the flame icon on until the actual temperature shown on the thermostat read 68, nows its blowing fine. Does this seem normal?

If you continue to have trouble you will need to observe the furnace to see what happens before it locks out in watchgard.
You will also get a different error code before it locks out in watchgard.
