Furnace Blower always on

My house furnace blower is always on even when the thermostat is off or when it is on automatic. We had a technician come to look for the problem and he said that the problem is the coil of the air conditioning. I would like to know if that could be a cause of the blower not turning off or if it is something else. I'm not sure if this would help but the model is GUJ100D12-1A and the company is Armstrong air conditioning Inc. Any other reasons would be appreciated
Thank You

Blower always on

If this is a new problem, I would suspect a stuck fan relay.

Did the tech disconnect the thermostat completely to determine that? Is there a control board?

Try to be alittle more specific, did the tech just say "its the A/C coil " if he did, get your $ back. What did he propose to do to fix the problem?

Blower stays on

Several things may cause the blower to continue to operate.
Here's a few to consider!
(1) Insufficient air flow over the heat exchanger.
(2) A dirty AC coil will restrick air flow. Did you run the
appliance without a filter?
(3) Pleted filters cause an additional pressure drop and
restricks air flow. Are you using the expensive 3m type?
(4) Insufficient return air back to the appliance.
(blocked by rugs & furniture)
(5) To many supply registers closed off.
(6) Fan control stuck in closed position
(old style may need adjustment)
(7) Wiring error low voltage circuit
(8) Stuck fan relay / relay on circuit board
(9) Insufficient duct design
