The top of the Combustion chamber is very broken

Ok, here's the deal...I think I screwed up. Trying to save money on maintenance of my oil burner furnace (Burnham, model rs-112), I vacuumed up the soot in the tubes on top and forced the hose too deep into the furnace and broke up a lot of the top of the combustion chamber( I thought it was just vacuuming up large debris, so I did it to quite a few of the tubes). What are my options at this point? Do I have to get a new chamber? What will happen if I don't do anything? Help!

Hard to say without seeing it, more then likely you will need a new chamber. If you don't know how to set up the burner and are not able to perform a combustion test you are wasting your time DIY, sorry just being honest.
