Error Code - Pressure Switch Stuck Open

I installed a high effic Carrier 58HDX060 furnace, did all my flue, condensate drain, and re-tubing/configuration for horizontal right.

When starting it up, I get an error code, 3 flashes which says - Pressure switch open, should be closed.

I check all my connections and all were good. Furnace started up over again and then everything ran fine. What caused this to happen in the first place and what does it mean? Only thing I could think of is prior to start up one of the hoses came loose, but I put it back on.

Thanks

That could do it. If you are really curious, take the hose off again and see what happens.
